Wrightsville Beach, N.C. — A four-bedroom beach house located in Wrighstville Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway has just hit the market again. Sellers are asking for $13.9 million for the modern-style, four bedroom beach house.

The massive, three-story resort features a 25-meter lap pool and spa with a view of the ocean.

The waterfront property is in a public space right along the South Banks Channel Bridge and stands out among the rest of the beach house in the area due to its unique design.

The home is more than 8,000 square feet with “architecturally exposed structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, Fleetwood fenestration and pre-stressed concrete,” according to the property’s Zillow description.
