Asheville, N.C. — An Asheville mansion was just put on the market for $10.5 million, making it one of the most expensive homes for sale right now in North Carolina, according to Zillow.
The home is “discretely sited,” the Zillow listing says, and realtors did not make the address of the property public.
The mansion is more than 11,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms — plus a a luxurious infinity pool.
The “grand manor” features large ceilings and slick modern designs. The estate was initially built in 2009 but has been recently “totally transformed to a modern sanctuary for those seeking the luxury private mountain lifestyle,” according to Zillow.
There’s a Parisian-style movie room and bar with booth seating styled like an “upscale posh hotel.”
The estate is listed for sale by Premier Sothebys International Realty, which recently sold an Asheville home for $9.5 million.
