THERE’S A 3 BED, 2 BATH HOME ON THE MARKET FOR $297,000 IN DURHAM COUNTY AND NASH COUNTY, A THREE-BED ONE AND A HALF BATHROOM HOME COMES WITH A PRICE TAG OF MORE THAN $224,000. AND IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY, DOZENS OF HOMES ON THE MARKET UNDER 300,000 LIKE THIS ONE WITH 4 BEDROOMS, 2 AND A HALF BATHS FOR $285,000. YEAH. I THINK THAT’S STILL A DEAL. THE LITTLE FAMILY HOPING TO MAKE A BIG DEAL ON A DREAM HOME BY AUGUST. IT MIGHT NOT WORK OUT FIRST. GO AROUND THAT PAY TOMORROW. SOMETHING ELSE COULD BE THERE. >> AND WITH THIS MARKET BEING SO ASKED SEVERAL BUYERS THAT THEY WOULD CONSIDER LOOKING FOR A HOME OUTSIDE OF THE TRIANGLE.
